Ioannis Drakopoulos is the Founder and Director of Dextera Consulting, with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale digital health and ICT transformation initiatives across Europe. He has played a key role in the design and implementation of the Greek National Telemedicine Network (EDIT), one of Europe’s largest telemedicine programmes, and has delivered projects in eHealth, clinical decision support, smart healthcare infrastructures and digital transformation. He works closely with healthcare providers, governments and European institutions to develop innovative, patient-centred digital health ecosystems that improve access, quality and efficiency of care.
